April Barware, Mid-Century Collins Glasses
Hey Y'all ...Today's barware beauties were hard to give up ...I won't lie. I don't have any glasses like this myself personally, so these I desperately wanted to hoard. That being said, I know they will make someone so happy, NOT to mention how versatile these are. Vintage, mid-century ...I carried these back by hand from Mexico City, so careful to make sure they remained an intact set!! A traditional "collins" shape ...named for the Tom Collins cocktail of gin & lemon, this glass can actually become a very versatile addition to your barware collection. From Mai-Tai's to Mojitos, these will absolutely become a bar go-to. Beautiful on display, highly functional, AND exotically vintage, they are a true find!!
When I was thinking about a cocktail for them, so many different things come to mind (which I'm sure I'll feature in subsequent barware posts), but I felt like these needed a giant pineapple slice on top, with some yummy refreshing ginger & a hint of vacation ...enter the Tropical Mule!! Perfect for thinking about moving outside to our porches & outdoor spaces for evening cocktails, this super easy to make drink seemed the perfect recipe (for both look and taste, and simplicity) for this gorgeous one-of-a-kind set.
Gorgeous, etched amber yellow collins classes with gold striped detail , about 6" tall with a 12 oz capacity ...a set of 4, beautiful for any bar. $98 (one of a kind)
