March Barware - Footed Tulip Cocktail Glasses

Hey Y'all ...Today's barware post is a little gem of a find ...truly. Gorgeous little footed etched glasses, these floral beauties can actually become a very versatile addition to your barware collection. Not only do they display beautifully, they are quite functional. From Champagne, to a summer wine spritzer, to a favorite cocktail, their shape offers so many options for a go-to glass.

These just screamed "warmer weather, sitting on the deck, sipping cocktail" to me ...so I chose a cocktail of the gin variety to feature this month. While I'm not a huge fan of gin, I do have a gin I particularly like, and chose to highlight my favorite cocktail I make with it ...a French Gimlet! Visit the blog for the recipe & to order these one-of-a-kind cocktail glasses ...absolute perfection for this happy cocktail!! If you don't happen to be a gin fan (like me), you might try looking for this gin ...Bar Hill. Infused with honey, it softens the botanicals that often come off harsh & bitter to non gin drinkers. This is my go-to cocktail for when I feel like gin. Its my absolute favorite ...especially because the St. Germain further adds a little layering of floral on top of the existing botanicals of the gin. Try it out ..Gin lovers will love it, and Gin-"learners" will too.

2 oz Gin of your choice (I love Bar Hill)

1 oz of St. Germain

1 oz of fresh lime juice

Stir ingredients over ice, then strain into glass, garnish with a lime.

Gorgeous, etched footed tulip cocktail classes, about 4" tall x 2-3/4" with a 5 oz capacity ...a set of 8, beautiful for any bar. $128
