Happy Friends, Happy Friday!! I've been in Turkey & Italy the past several weeks, and I find myself always inspired by what I see ...especially the centuries-old motifs ...from crosses, to heraldry to family insignia on old palazzos, homes and historical buildings. The set today was inspired by the same kind of old-world beauty and history. Molded from an antique cross, I made this piece from hand-worked bronze and added a lovely larimar charm for some summer color. Larimar is a gemstone that represents peace & clarity ...especially in Love. Authentic deep Love is increasingly rare and precious, so the more peace & clarity we bring to it, the better off the world at large will be. I always need that reminder. I added the gorgeous gold leather ...adding a perfect touch for a summer boho look, with a little "hippie hand-crafted couture" thrown in.
