Happy Friday ...and Happy New Year!! We always think of the New Year as a new beginning ...so when I saw these beautiful peace doves ...which symbolize all things new, hopeful and renewing, I knew I wanted to use them for the first Friday of the year ...and these gorgeous pink pearls seemed like they would be the perfect complement. I had to add a little gold pine cone, a spiritual symbol of enlightenment & immortality, ...because not only does it add the perfect pop of gold, I love the reminder to always stay connected to divine things.

God built us to be prayerful and that is as physical as it is spiritual. Prayer calms the body, brings down our stress hormones, and even helps us sleep better. I love the symbolism of the dove and pine cone combination as a reminder to be more prayerful ...and to also pray for more peace. Both more prayerful life and a prayer for peace are certainly some of my top 2025 intentions! Enjoy.
